During my recent New Year stay at Hotel Rural Casas De Don Adame in the quaint village of El Viso, I was enchanted by the warm embrace of traditional Andalusian hospitality. The hotel’s air-conditioned rooms, complete with free Wi-Fi and pristine private bathrooms, provided a cozy haven after a day of exploring the nearby rustic landscapes. Each evening, my companions and I indulged in good meals at the onsite restaurant, where we savored traditional dishes from the Pedroches Valley, their flavors echoing the rich culture of the region. Following dinner, a nightcap at the bar became our ritual, where the inviting atmosphere encouraged lively conversations about the day's adventures. Another highlight was the really good support from the staff in organizing guided tours, which allowed us to delve deeper into the stunning natural beauty surrounding El Viso.
